My first telekinetical experiance

I just watched a video where someone was moving a big 5 inch psi dome, while I had my psi-wheel at the ready. Without knowing, I could suddenly move the object.
Now my list of things that I can do is:

- Spin psi-wheel
- Knock over thin piece of paper from 2m away.
- Clairvoyancy

what is the key point when you try to move an object?, i haven´t moved an object up to now,but when i try it, my field of vision begins to distorsionate and move as if i would be seeing it through water and everythin turns brighter, except the object itself, but i dont get moving it, coul someone give a piece of advice?

i think it is like trying to get across the space between the object an me, any suggestion in received

That's EXACTLY what I have too, I think the problem has to do with your prepararation. Do you meditate? Is your Third Eye open?

My first experience of telekinesis was the psi-wheel. But now I can move a variety of light objects. I'm training more kinesis as well and hoping to go on heavy objects like a pen, spoon ect. I can do clairvoyance and aura-reading as well. Working hard on telepathy.

My first experience was on a psi-wheel but considering I am back from the festival, I expect it to be weak but it should pick up the pace soon!

The first time I did Telekinesis was when I was 18. It was not deliberate, but in a fit of rage. Whenever I suppress my rage, things would either go flying across the room or teleport. But it stopped as soon as I taught myself to be a precog. Never came back. Must be because I've trained and redirected the energy into something more focused.

I have a question.

Can you do telekinesis
1) only one eye open
2) both eyes closed (you need to record a video for this to check !!)
3) looking the psi wheel, through its image in mirror
