Today is the best day of my life today i realized how much relaxing the meditation is in trans state it is my first time that i have experienced the trans state and also my first time i have meditated happily without having problem for 30 minutes(i know that it is not a big deal but for me ) i got this wonderful feeling that i cant explain during meditation
