Oh, I wanted to get away from telekinesis to try on easier kinesis practices, but I am so used to the routine that I couldn't move away yet ;^; Besides, I finally brought myself a camera to record the action, so less I could say no...
In any case, this is my very first psiwheel video. And, as you can see, nothing exciting happens 8P However, I do want to ask you guys if you can see energy coming out from my hands or even if what I do with the fingers is correct. I tried to do the finger technique that Mr. Mauvais showed the other day and it does make the psiwheel spin, but I am not sure if it is because of the air or because of real chi expulsion. I also followed superbabilon's advice of moving the hands to release energy, but I am also afraid it's mostly wind what's provoking the movement. So I would like to ask if you guys can see, with your more psychic eyes, any energy coming out from my hands or if I am doing anything wrong. I am worried I just have sudden successes every once in a month, and the rest of the days I am a sucker ;P
Also, I edited this video heavily. It lasted over 11 minutes (11 minutes of pure nothingness glory, yaaaaay), so I hope it can be watchable and that Dropbox do redirect you to the video. if not, do tell so I can fix it!
You will do me such a great favour if you can tell me what's wrong with my hands!

For psi wheels, it's best if you don't move your hands at all. It is already set to be moved very easily. You move your hand only when you want to "force" the energy to move a heavier stuff than usual.

@R9: Oh, I've tried that, but it's simply impossible. I've only had, in all these 5 months of practice, just three successes, as I've failed everyday. And I've only moved the psiwheel a bit when I move the hand and do the finger technique from Mr. Mauvais. Is it really that bad when I move the hands? I thought it was a good idea ;^;
@superbabilon: Oh goodies... I have MANY reasons as of why I want to avoid YouTube... But if you really can't see it, let me then post the YouTube link. Can it be watchable now? :O

The whole point of psi wheel exposed to the environment where it can be easily moved by a tiny bit of air turbulence is to control or create the air turbulence with mind only. You don't want to 'physically' create wind for psi wheels. It's different from forced push or pull which you do create wind physically and then control the wind. To improve, you need to achieve and sustain a certain state of mentality, which is most effectively done by meditation - some people call it activating the 3rd eye, boostinh crown chakra, in the end they are talking about the same thing: altered mentality to perceivr and access the fundamental reality. The fundamental reality cannot be seen physically unless translated. So it makes sense to say that meditation is the primary way to go.
Once you keep sustaining that new mentality of yours, it will become yours forever like you never forget how to speak or ride a bicycle unless your brain is damaged - even the physical damage can be easily repaired if you accessed that fundamentality of reality deeply enough as our spirit not just our mind becomes stronger.

2nd: use a needle, don't use a pen, it could make your process slower
3th: connect with psi wheel or create a psiball to spin it, don't wave your hand like that, or you must move your hand slower...

Use needle to minimise the friction, that is the key.

@R9: Oh goodness, so surely I was meditating in a wrong way... I meditate before practicing, but it seems that I might lose focus when I turn my attention to the psiwheel. I try to enter in trance and concentrate, but then I approach to the psiwheel and try to move it. And nothing. Should I be in complete trance or something...? Because then I am not sure if I am getting into that mentality you mention. I am not sure how I should be if what I thought was correct is incorrect in the end ;^;
@superbabilon: Oh, I always thought I was able to connect with the psiwheel or something... How should it be then? I feel the warmth of the psiwheel and feel its presence, but if that's not the connection...then, indeed, I've been doing something wrong in all these months ;^;
Oh, and about the pen... Yeah, I will try to take a needle or something to school. I almost have no time to meditate at home due to all the jobs I have in the night, but I will try to use from now on needles for the psiwheel. Who would've known pens weren't that good! ;P
