Yesterday I was meditating and I began feeling a burning sensation in my palms and in my forearms. Do any of you know what this might be? I haven't experienced anything like this while meditating or practicing TK before.

Oh okay thanks and I know its not fire , it just felt like the kind of burning feeling you get when you fall and scrape your knee or when you get a carpet burn.

I would keep sweating during meditation, especially under the sun. after that i would not feel thirsty at all……but energetic, I would like to say this the breathing way is the most important thing in mediation.fill your body with oxygen which could active your cells and your etheric system.

I only feel magnetic and tingling sensation, this magnetic feel like it expanding my chakra palm...
