| I would recommend astral projection for this. Don't think about ouija, you can never be 100% sure who you will be talking at the moment. |

| One way contact someone is the wicca way. I don't remember anymore how it goes, but it was somekind of mix astral, meditation and visualization. You can find it from wiccan handbook. |
