Music can really help when you are trying to attain a higher trance like state. I wondered if anybody had any good music they use during meditation that they could share?

I must say that's a brilliant example. I am going to use this right now for the astral projection experiment. In fact I suggest we all listen to this very track. We will all visualise our meeting and report our sensations regarding the event.

I don't like listening to musics. Either binaural beats or nature sounds will do fine for me. It works for me to be calm and meditate.
With the nature sounds, I do it on stereo to have the maximum effect - kind of nature stimulator if you get me!

@ nazir that music actually helped, i astral projected while listening to it. it made my experience better me and somebody else also astral projecting flew through our solar system visiting the planets thanks for showing me Zen
