| Any tips for getting my third eye open? I have tried meditation several times, however I can't be sure if it ''worked''. I experienced terrible headaches recently, but that may be due to studying a lot, along with sleeping less. How do I know? I'm certain that after a few minutes of meditation I can feel energy flowing through my hands, as I am starting to not feel them any more, as if they were one, circular energy field. I could write so much more, but I don't even know if this is the right place to post questions like this! Any kind of reply will be greatly appreciated! Have a nice day |

| dud you have the same symptoms i have study all night sleep at 7 constant headaces after meditation and can feel the ball of energy when i make it with my hands but not sure if third eye is open |

Have a nice day Meditate twice a day for 10minutes - in the morning and before you go to bed. That's what I try to do. Meditating several times and poof, third eye is awakening - it won't work for some people. It took me a week to awaken it. This was long before about TK and calming my mind. I had a very strong tingling sensation in my third eye. So it might take you a week or two. Be patient and it will come That is good you're feeling the energy flowing through your hands!
