The straw / pen is a great place to move to with Telekinesis after mastering the psi wheel and Lesson 1. Its heavier than foil or paper and makes a great stepping stone.

In the end, it's about deep realisation at a subconscious level. Energy naturally flows into your body as you become more enlightened and awakened. Practical Taoist Chinese people say that energy naturally flows into your body without any energy works (e.g. Qigong) or meditation (e.g. Neikung) IF the person has no ego like Jesus or any other ancient celebrities.

Energy not only flow into body, it also flow out of the body, that called "aura" I know everythings about Qigong, Not only absorb energy, people must also use it to strengthen some part of the body, that why some Qigong master can use 1 finger to pull/push a car... or with a teeth, ear, tongue, skin, ect...
R9: That's Tai chi, people training to merge their own energy with nature, that's why energy automaticly flow into them. I already posted some Tai chi exercise in "mind,body and soul Thread"...

Essa do you visualize or do you "feel" when moving an object? I find it easier to "feel" the pencil than the psi wheel so i think that when i can move a pencil i will get good at it...soon

I see and feel the energy on my hands first…then try to connect+feel the pencil with my my energy. if u are 15 yrs. u would have strong energy i gusse and good age to discover the astral projection.( since I read Osho's book, he said 14-21 would be the age of good time for learning and grow that part)but i suggest u read the book first. then decide what u do . its called the energy of chakras episode 1 and 2, not sure about english name, cuz i read that in chinese version tho. *.*
