| hello everybody im 25 and i just started doing the telekenesis i been watching mark's videos and they hlped me a lot....the 1st time i did the paper test my energy thru the paper...im just having difficulty with the push and pull technique...how can i make it easier...i just be sitting there for hrs with no movement....got any advice brothers and sisters...hlp ya boy out |
