| people who live depend on the other will never be free, you depend on the energy around you, so your self already limited, Qigong is unlimited, people can push a car with one finger, it's strong because people can control their own energy. I remember that there was an supervillian in comic can control fire, but in the last he burned him self!
Ps: subconsious mind maybe can't controled sometimes, so beware that it can kill you...

| Qi Gong is good as it teache syou about how to channel your energy and allow your chi to flow around your body. I find it particularly helpful for telekinesis.
I would recommend it to anyone for its health benefits (despite some people describing it as an old person exercise lmao!) |

| If you practiced Qigong when young, then you will live longer than the other.
I found that morning exercises is some kind of easy Qigong, just like Yoga exercises. |
