This is an ability I have and assumed everybody could do (lip reading is another example like that) anyway the question is can you guys detect north without a compass? I just kind of know.

Yeah, but I like to call it more like instinct. A part of my survival/root chakra.

I usually detect the north by the sun and time, without these I would detect north by feeling, depends on chinese traditional book<Yi Jing> the north is water, south is fire, west is gold, east is wood, they truly have different feeling for me.
