you already know why.

what we eat is the superficial reality. Through meditation, our subconscious awareness of the fundamental increases, meaning we can influence on the fundamental reality more. If we can influence the fundamental reality, we can change the superficial reality without physical means (superficial reality is the world we perceive with our 5 senses, the reality/illusion constructed based on the fundamental reality). Telekinesis is one example. Teleport is another but not many people can do this - requires a very deep subconscious awareness of the fundamental reality. And other forms of 'reality bending' exist - they are all basically explainable by theorising the existence of the fundamental reality and different 3D worlds overlapping in 4D.

Ok I tried to explain how your body can rely on less food in detail but it's getting convoluted so in short, the more your subconscious awareness of the fundamental reality, the more you can 'generate' (alchemy) or 'substitute' (teleport) what you need in this world with the substances (such as the invisible energy you know as Chi) from the fundamental reality.

they all look great but once I realised that alchemy/teleport is possible they are still superficial substances that are constructed from the same fundamental reality.

I suppose all these supplements I recommend and the crystals you showed can have positive influence on us 'in the beginning' but not very helpful once we reach a certain level of awareness. Regardless, they look good and symbolise the things we purse, so I will probably keep wearing them even later when I'm much closer to my true self than now (in the end, we are human, we will always retain our physical nature).

They aren't that expensive here, the lapis lazuli might be the most expensive one. quartz cheapest. but quartz is the most effective one for me.
I got a strong feeling that we are on a great evolution pierd, moving to 4th or 5th dimension with earth, the earth is 90% crystals which is silicon structure. and 90% water in human body, if we use crystals to influence our physical body it would definitely helpful on our consciousness development. human body just like a vehicle for our soul(spirit), we are using it for expierance this 3D world to learn what we should learn this life.

Well, remember they said that mayans said 2012 was the end of the world? Ok, there was another theory o the meanning that said that it was an era of change, with a huge change in the energies.

What I'm saying is once you can 'create' your own crystals or whatever physical substances you like to posess through alchemy, you are at a level where the crystals are no longer helpful - you are above such physical influences.

As for the change, yes definitely. The Earth is shifting its magnetic poles and the climate will keep getting worse until 2016 (estimated by a soul healer with 15 years of experience I personally know). But before this transition completes, we will have WW3 this year. Artificial disasters to come prior to the natural disasters (more extreme than now).

Ok Fuck it. I will try melatonin. I heard about it many times but I wasn't sure if artificially intervening what my pineal gland itself should be doing may weaken the gland - if there is a negative feedback from exogenous melatonin to the endogenous melatonin production, then it will weaken the gland but they say supplementing melatonin doesn't have a negative feedback ("Taking melatonin is not associated with negative feedback (when taking supplementation causes your body to produce less of a hormone). It is also not addictive, and is not toxic." from http://examine.com/supplements/Melatonin/) SO..

I will try 2.5 mg or lower dose every night and see how it goes. Like I said before, crystals and taking supplements, exercises, or any other physical aids are only important in the beginning. Later, it won't matter especially if you master alchemy - your body generate whatever it requires.

If you are curious what melatonin is, then just google it. Some psychics claim it boosts their abilities - I suppose this could be true in the beginning when we still have to depend on our biochemistry.

As for the side effects and precautions, WebMD covers pretty much all.

P.S I just checked something on internet.Juglans regis have  plenty of melatonin…which I love to eat since 2011….maybe u can get some instead of use melatonin ? and milk + honey can make natural melatonin which won't cause people problems with reproductive system.
and if we watch laptop or tv or mobile for 2 hrs above before sleep that would cause 22% reduction of melatonin from pineal gland. so I may just read books instead of play laptop…..

I was gonna try it as soon as possible but apparently it's fucking illegal to sell it in a retail, so I ordered it online. It's going to take up to a week to receive it. :/

There are not many brands out there but it seems that EuroVital kind of specialises in melatonin and other 'hormone' products. Also, I got the sublingual formulation because melatonin is extensively metabolised by liver once absorbed in stomach (sublingual administration bypasses liver metabolism and goes to the brain directly). For now, I'm going to use this more expensive formulation to see if there's any effects when properly sublingually administered, and later might try cheaper formulations sublingually although not directed so; I'm very sure it will work the same as long as the tablet's broken into a powder where melatonin can be easily absorbed into the sublingual mucosa. Lastly, sublingual administration results in an immediate effect (as in 5 seconds and then bam! starts kicking in), so it is definitely the way to go.

Jusr got my sublingual melatonin today. Wish me luck, I might encounter a lot of entities including my best buddy at night. Hopefully no negative effects from using it. The idea is to 'supplement' my probably not-fully functioning pineal gland by providing exogenous but naturally occurring melatonin. I would never strongly recommend anything that is exotic to body (i.e. Drugs).

Nah, there's only one best buddy so far. I've encountered some douchebags before. They were not brave enough to show themselves to me and just tried to scare me with laughter and some sounds. Next time I encounter them, I WILL FUCKING DESTROY THEM.

GK my best buddy on the other hand showed himself calmly and just looked at me. He is strong, at least 50X stronger than those fuckers. And yet je showed me a mutual respect. 3mg. Sublingual administration began as meditation started. First 15-20min goose bump during meditation. However as more dose was dissolved into the system, I started getting super drowsy with mild euphoria. Almost like drunk state but clear difference in logical processes and physical coordination. Overall 'focusing' into the fundamental reality was easier. 0.75mg to be tried as I experienced that goose bump (ghost sensation) in the beginning. No vivid dream or paralysis dream experienced, possibly owing to too much relaxation of the brain. In short, I slept like a baby, in a very long time. As sleep is not the main purpose, I will try 0.75mg.

Plus I sense the body's healing process has increased.
