People have told me that I have to charge the energy in my hand and displace the air. What exactly does that mean and how do I do it?

Simply imagine summing energy to your hand and then use them or something

Use the energy loop technique of Mark and then visualize sending the white or green energy to your palms and visualize it floating out and forming a ball between your hands. You should feel magnetism by this point. After the psiball you can use it for doing a chi blast.

The same thing as when making a psiball. Same visualization. No difference.
