Ok, I have several questions for you and some may be a bit personal so don't feel the need to answer everything. I'm asking you that in order to compare our experiences:

- How do you feel energy in your body, is that a tingling sensation, heat, light, emotions or electricity?
How do you control it? By will or vizualisation?

- Do you drink coffee or drink alcohol? Does it hinder your psychic abilities? Are you able to use your abilities well when you don't get enough sleep?
Do some food impact your psychic abilities? Are you cautious of what you eat?

- Do you get often cold in the hands, nose, ears, feet? Are you sensitive to the cold? Or to the countrary do you feel often warm?

- Do you have good cognitive skills? Good attention/concentration, memory, reflexes, energy, motivation, etc?
Do you get often jittery and have listlessness of mind, is that impossible to calm down your train of thoughts?
Did you get a change in your emotions like anhedonia or do you feel that some of your abilities come with emotions (for example you know when something is true because you feel a kind of orgasm in your throat or something like that).

- When did you notice that you have psychic abilities? Did it come naturally or with training (meditation, etc)?

- Does your psychic abilities strain your body and/or mind everytime you practice?

- Do you have any health issues, mental or physical (even slight ones like spasms, digestive issues or anxiety)?

- Are you a stay-at-home? Do you get some a lot of sun or go into nature and grounding barefoot? Asking that because it seems that people think that the sun is important (sungazing) and other that darkness raises DMT in the pineal?

Sorry if some questions might seem a bit strange or silly Laughing.

Depends on what kind of energy you're talking about. Basic feelings: Pure Yang is hot, Pure Yin is cold, Yin-Yang is electrical. But I'm sure there are numerous "subtypes" of energy.

Coffee bad. Alcohol bad. They are all very harmful substances to one's mind.

Don't drink or use fluoride. Avoid pesticides and other toxins.

Sun nourishes Yang which is important for Vitality, but Yin is what we need for Spirituality. I recommend meditating with the morning sunshine and meditating at night after shower; there's a good reason why in Asia there's a custom for shower/bath at night, not in the morning which is normal in West. Water nourishes Yin, obviously.

Earth/Mountain nourishes Yin. So barefoot in the nature is very good.

I experience energy as heat when I’m gathering and as cold when I’m expelling, I would say I gain electromagnetic charge and my body becomes ionized then I can expel it. If the flow is rapid, it feels more “electrical”. Especially when doing TK if I use a hand to project energy it becomes sensibly colder.
I also experience changes on illumination, or the perception of light in the room, usually more light is entangled with higher states of consciousness accompanied by a sensation of being lighter.
The tingling sensation is more present in the scalp, or when I’m projecting energy through the forehead. I also sense it like changes of pressure around myself.
I control it by willingly focusing on sensing, “feeling” the changes of pressure, and by adapting the emotional and ideological content.

I drink black tea, coffee sometimes, alcohol almost never. I would say that tea makes me aware of the scalp tingly sensation. Alcohol makes me aware of the sacral region. My conscious state is altered indeed, but I wouldn’t say my abilities detriment; sometimes it’s just easier to focus and stay alert.

I’m sensitive to changes in temperature as mentioned before and manage them accordingly.

Following Bruce Lee’s statement “If I tell you my cognitive skills are good, you would say I’m boasting, but If I tell you I’m not, you would know I’m lying” (or the cognitive tests badly designed)… I can manage my attention quite good (although I used to get distracted easily), and this improves with meditation; also have highlighted secondary attention (which is why I would get distracted easily). Nowadays I’m quite mindful and such changes in the environment won’t alter my concentration. I have good reflexes, probably because of the practice of many fast paced sports. My energy and motivation levels are managed by sheer good will, I constantly project to myself an aura of positivism. Psychologically speaking I’m attending to the thoughts and their emotional content as they emerge and managing its expansion or disintegration according to the principle of polarity. Negativity being pulled back in so that the same energy can be transmuted into positive action. I encourage a lot of smiling and forcing myself to spontaneous laughing about anything hahaha, or to dance and sing to bring me joy.

I can think of something deeply or let it be, usually the more curiosity the more energy I can invest to concentrate and memorize (if needed). Abilities are linked to emotional states, so yes, bringing light to a place (illuminating it) is associated with feeling oneness and joy; pushing something (like in tk), with a sense of determination and confidence, etc.

When I was young and had a bad day I would bring about rain, and feel a sensation of relief as if the water was cleansing me from the bad emotions. It was until I started meditating that I was first able to see and sense auras. It was by a sudden realization that I spontaneously thought about TK, while surfing in the internet, that I searched for a picture on that theme and as I was looking at the drawing of a pyramid with arrows drawn in a circular motion that I heard as if something was scratching my table and I noticed my earphones where accommodating themselves in a spiral form. Then of course I required lots of practice to come into terms of actually using the ability.
As I use my abilities for enlightening purposes I usually feel more joy after using them , accompanied by a profound sense of union, and self-realization.

I sometimes experience anxiety, but usually in a good sense, I have the tingly feet syndrome  it keeps me energized, sometimes I even feed it on purpose, but I will calm it down if I need to be more relaxed, so no biggie.

I like to go out and feel the sunlight and the wind; but I also like to lay back and stay in the dark; it’s a matter of balance. Felling the sun is a way of charging me up

I do feel coldness in my hands, toes, & nose. But that was after I went out in the cold. But when I'm inside, my entire face feels warm/hot like I have a fever, which I don't.

Yes, I do get emotional a lot, due to my anxiety.

I never get to practice any abilities because I'm too busy with school shit, & I'm nervous about it because I fear my autism will make it worse & harder to do.

I do have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Development Disorder, concurrent Attention Deficit Disorder & probable comorbid speech & language processing disorder. I get irritated very easily, depending on my mood. & because of how shitty these adolescent years are, I feel suicidal at times. I often thought about it, but I luckily do not put it in action.

Thanks for your answer. I'm not really into macrobiotics as I found it didn't work for me (ayurveda not that much also) even if I respect TCM a lot and like to study their intuitive views of health and spirituality.

I found that coffee was not bad for health after years of avoiding it. It helped me to improve my liver. It's a purine like urea and works like urine therapy that some people in spirituality love (shivambu). I prefer to drink coffee.

Being barefoot is great for health, there is a thing called earthing, it seems that it puts a lot of negative electrons in your body which is good for health.

I have been suspected to be an autist but never wanted to be diagnosed or to see a psychologist or other kind of "psy" because I don't trust them and don't see how they could help me.

I've always been very shy, eccentric and anxious since a child and had perception processing disorder, ADHD and other things associated with an autistic spectrum.

After high school, I've started to live like a recluse for many years in my bedroom (wanted to become a kind of hermit). At first I was very happy but after a while I understood that solitude is not good for health, even if meditating all day long. We need outdoor light and a fulfilling activity and little stress.

Since a few months, I've found something that really help me to improve a lot of bad symptoms.
A doctor called Barnes found that a lot of people have a kind of hypothyroidism that is called hypothyroidism type 2, they have signs of hypothyroidism even if the levels secreted from their gland is good.
I've found a doctor called Ray Peat that understood a lot of things regarding metabolism and health, and after applying some of his ideas in my everyday life, a lot of my symptoms improved. There is still a lot of things to improve but I don't really have anxiety anymore.
It seems that a lot of negative symptoms in autism are mediated by a high serotonin (hibernation hormone) and too much adrenaline.

I think that the metabolism is really involved in a lot of spiritual things.
