I've been smoking about 12 years now. My biggest break without cigarettes was one week 3 years ago. Fortunately I'm going to get electric cigar next month then I should get some snuff maybe then I can stop smoking.

Smoking causes more deaths than alcohol, car accidents, murders, drownings, suicide, heart attacks, cancer, etc. There's much more, but you get the idea. I despise smoking. My dad smokes since he was in high school, & he's now in his early 50s. My mom's pregnancy with me didn't change him at all. Nothing will change him. Not even hypnosis that'll eventually help him quit smoking.
