I've always seen things or felt things and a while ago I just wanted to remember my dreams but I know that they weren't just a dreams .... I'm here now just for answers, better understanding, and to learn everything

Thank you do any of you know about Astro projection/travel or feeling energy or visions? As of right now I experience that a lot.

Most of the members here (me included ) has had those happen yes. What's been happening around you exactly?, If you don't mind my asking

I've been meditating lately and then I noticed thoughts were in my head images as well after meditating I thought damn I must be evil but I started looking at YouTube and People said you can get images and thoughts projected to you then I figured it has to be that because I'm not evil I can't be evil but I don't understand why that happened after meditating. Then I tried some experiments like feeling energy and to push these things away and I even tried telekinesis what I was experiencing with that was black orbs some times near my hands , as of dreams there was a lot going on with me 3 yrs ago and my dreams were really horrible so Around that time I tried to learn how to control my dreams and ever since, instead I noticed I remembered my dreams very vividly and they would feel real and I even hurt someone in real life by hurting them in a dream which in Astro self I was extremely mad at this person in real life I wasn't but he got hurt , if I hurt someone that means I can heal someone so I really want to learn that... I don't know how to control these things but lately mediation is helping me a little, the only thing I really know is how to distinguish is how I really feel because spirits were sent to me in the past that really tried to hurt me and make me feel bipolar

Hmmm, your first situation seems like a classic case of telepathy, although you gotta be able to differentiate which thoughts are yours and which thoughts are someone else's. As for telekinesis, I honestly haven't heard of black orbs appearing around your hands, so someone else from here will have to clarify that ^^;, if you want some tips on telekinesis, this one's real helpful ,as for your dreams, it's honestly an easy task to remember them, as for hurting people, it's also possible to hurt someone physically because your angered state more or less gives out energy which directly affects your target so be careful about that, don't want any accidents happening now do we? As for healing, I'm not really skilled in that so hopefully someone else could teach you about that sorry n.n, and as for spirits, I'm curious, they usually communicate with you through your dreams?

Thank you so much for taking the time out to reply. In dreams spirits have contacted me. Sometimes relatives, gods/goddess from things I do not practice, and even bad spirits in the past ( that was because of witchcraft put on me ) . But I can always see things in real life too since I was a baby. I had a dream last night of the word at Atlantis and right next to it was the word Akuna or akunas i don't really remember if it ended with an "s" or not , I've never seen that word before either

Hmm, your dreams seem pretty standard, but when you do see ghosts while awake, from my experiences it helps to pray if they get too close to you so they won't eventually hurt you and stuff lol, also, I honestly can't make heads or tails about the Atlantis Akunas bit, sorry for that , I'm sure someone else will explain 'bout that ^^;

You don't need to do this on a dream

I'm not a religious person. What I do do is tell the spirit to leave and usually they do, if they don't and it's because someone sent them to bother me I tell them to go back to the person or I just envision and feel energy push them away. I google the meaning of the word it means to know or follow .
