Hey guys. I've recently been practicing Cosmokinesis for a while now. It's kinda like Galaxy-TK. Yeah, anyway, I've been absorbing energy from the Moon, planets and stars easily, but for some reason, I can't get my energy as powerful at Daytime as it is at night. Any Ideas? I can't get energy from the sun!

You have infinite energy within yourself, the cosmos is inside of you. What you see is but a reflection of what is inside. The sun and the moon and the stars, they are beyond day and night. The energy from stars and the sun is quite similar. The moon is reflective, cold, refreshing; during night the pineal gland gets activated due to the circadian cycle (an effect related to the interaction with luminosity). The absorption of energy happens on the auric layer, which flow is dependent to the crown chakra, which is tightly related to the activation of pineal gland.

Basically during night it might seem easier, but have a couple of nights without good sleep and the effect will lessen, since you adapt to luminosity patterns.

Anyhow what mathod do you use to gather energy from the stars?

I visualize ( idk if I spelled that right ) a yellow beam of light coming from one particular star, joining with my energy field, which is white, and then I absorb the energy into my palms. If it's more than one star, I usually visualize little beams from each star combining into one bright light and then.. *repeat first method*

It is one of the more difficult kinesis to learn, i use it to boost effects of my kinesis also it releavs stress and such
I just meditate and take energy from on particular star and visualize the thick energy going through my body and being able to command it works great for me man
