But I find it unfortunate that people on the forums soon abandoned or imagines that telekinesis is learned in 2 days. And after two days they will be able to levitate. Jahara, I tried meditation a few times but I can not tell it to change something in my case. Sometimes I meditate and telekinesis is very good but at other times telekinesis is low. I have the same result when I do not meditate. In my case telekinesis goes rollercoaster. One day it does not move a lot and it is very difficult. The next day it goes a little better, and it improves the days until it goes very well. Then the next day, nothing more, go again. There are two days I sat in front of my psi wheel and began to turn immediatly without hands and good speed. This morning it took me several minutes for rotation. The first time it happened it made me anxious. This now I know that after 2, 3 or 4 days, it will get better and telekinesis will be good for a few days until it falls. That's how I know why. Before when I had the time or telekinesis was weak, I stopped and I thought it was useless to continue that day. There are about 2 months, I persevered even if it was a day of low telekinesis. To my surprise, after more than an hour, I could run my psi wheel under glass. Since that day, I now know that I must just be patient and it will just take longer than usual to get a result.
