I know some of you already does, so this is mostly for the new-comers. You want to be more spiritual or psychic, have telekinetic abilities and so fort, you will HAVE to learn patients. Can you be perfect at music, dancing, mathematics or something else in 1 to 3 days? No. You have to practice(don't overdo yourself as well) and be calm. With music and other physical activities you will notice slow results. What you need to know is that this is not the same with psychic abilities, ESPECIALLY telekinesis. You might notice slow results with ESP(not always though) but with telekinesis you hardly notice results at all. You might, but sometimes it will feel like you just can't do it anymore. And one day you might start practicing again and get it twice as better as before. This is because the results of telekinesis is not always physical, but beyond what we cannot see. So when you build up that straight line of focus, confidence and patients for a long while you will see results one day. You don't know when exactly. It just happens when it does. If you're being patients but frustrating with these abilities then you're patients isn't enough. I know it sounds rude but just be more patient!

So true. I didn't get this powerful in just one day. Patience is very important.

Of course, I didn't expect TK to be 1-day easy, either. I always have patience on it. But not waiting 4 my parents to come home. I.E., right now.

Rome wasn't built in a day, you won't learn telekinesis in a day.

I agree practice and patience is very important. You can't just start learning to play guitar and expect to play like Eddie Van Halen that same day, it takes practice. Well said Nazir

haha! i should send this to my ex. cuz he has no patient at all and argued with me earlier. i could not bare that kind of person sorry to say so. since I'm a very patient person which made some people think I'm clumsy lol
