The first time u did the force push how long did it take u

About 2 months(without moving hands). But y don't need to worry about time cause there is no exact time of when people get progress.

I took me first 6 hours to do it in my first day of learning telekinesis:)

Yea of course!

How'd your father even get into it?

I moved it a little more each day, but it took 11 days for it to really run continuously. It also depends on the size of your equipment and you psi whell. A small piece of aluminum 5cm square paper will move faster than a piece of thick paper 15cm square. But it differs from one person to another. It's like when I was teaching guitar and my students asked me how long it took to play like me. There is no precise answer to this question.
