You visualize the psi-wheel moving from your chi. You can use your hand as a guide and visualize the chi coming from your hand pushing the psi-wheel. Basically you do channel it down to your hand and to the psi-wheel, but you need to visualize the whole time. You do not have to use your hands, but they do help a lot. To prevent static electricity and your breath from moving the wheel I recommend you distance yourself from the wheel. Make sure no wind can get to the wheel. Eventually when it does start to move, and you're using your hands, you'll feel a connection between your hand and the wheel. It'll feel like a tingling sensation. You should start with meditation before actual telekinesis practicing. When practicing do not quit early and do not stress yourself as telekinesis is best done when calm.
