| I was able to move and link the psi wheel both paper and foil at will. I was able to truly connected it and move it with east.
nxt day...WTF it was like nothing had happen. all the effort was for nothing.
But the good news is that i can ONLY move the foil but loss the LINK. I can LINK was wasn't the last night/
ps- I mediate 2-3hurs a day and practice qigong |

| Amazing  . Glad to hear that which you practice. Don't worry when it seems like you loss P. It happens to everyone, it's just another part of the growing progress. |

| That's pretty normal, don't worry. With more practice, these "down days" will vanish, and your sucess will grow. |

| its been days and I can;t never repeat it. I feel so tire from doing it. I have to only practie 30mints a day b/c I'm using to puch of my dantien energy. any advice? |

| Yeah that's very common to be amazing one day and horrible the next. Some days your just very low in energy. On these days you should meditate or do something other than telekinesis because it's likely you won't improve throughout the day just practicing. Drawing energy from the environment might help. |

| I also have the same problem, it's good days, I can turn my psi whell cardboard 20.5cm square 16gr and other days I can barely run a simple little piece of aluminum foil . I can not explain why this is so. |
