This time I have a nice video for you. I am demonstrating a force push attempt of 3 different objects, this time with commentary. Thanks for the suggestion QT! And towards the end you will see something very funny, but I will not say anything, because otherwise it would not be funny anymore!

Thank you so much Mark! Wait until you see my demo nr. 5! I just found my way of pushing smaller objects like paper, business cards and aluminium foil! I will upload it later!

You are very good as well and I wonder how you connect to the door and what you do to open it! That was amazing! I am just focussing on the object and the surrounding area and try to focus at the same time on my fingers and visualize energy coming out that pushes or touches the objects! I hope that helps!

Thank.. i just need every tip from everybody, that how i get better. I'll first meditate first everyday before doing telekinesis. Then after that i just step back and visualize my energy flowing to my hand to the door for that object to move freely like me using energy to type this. I then use electrokinesis. I visualize a door was just a size door paper, all plain paper, then using my hand as magnet. Or i'll just talk to the ghost, spirit near me and ask them to move it.
Sorry if this don't make sense, not very good at grammar.
I'm also going to upload a long distance energy gun bullet on bottles like Mark Mauvis did. I dont know if i can do it or not but i'll try. And dont forget =

Amazing! Thank you for the information! I wonder what part of it is actually electrokinesis. I mean isn't that supposed to influence electricity or am I wrong informed?
May I ask you how you meditate? What technique do you use for it? What are you concentrating?
