I'm new to this forum and I'm still young in the field of telekinesis. I practice since February 2014 and that every day. I have and I always travel the web to find an active forum on the subject but I do not know why, it seems that there has been a craze there a few years and now there is much less interest.
I'm still at the stage of the pyramid needle and sometimes I move slightly (without full turn) a pyramid of aluminum spilled directly on the table.
In my first I started with a small pyramid of paper and with time I increased the size, other pyramid made of cardboard with different size and a higher weight. Subsequently I made the other pyramid with over tin of different size. There are days I feel better than others, that is to say that there are days or less energy. I always warms my same pyramid with paper and I know with her as my practice going to happen and if I can take bigger and heavier.
I started reading books on the subject because I thought it was on the forums lack. There are unfortunately too often ignorance in this area and everyone has his own theory. So I think it's important to educate yourself and read several books and experience as well of course have only just theory and not practice, there is something missing for me. All this helps to better argue and advise because at that time we know much more than what we are talking.
In the beginning I had my doubts (and it's healthy to have) to know by now if it was indeed I who was on my pyramid. At a given moment I decided I filmed and I now do every practice and I yours a log of all my daily practice that I recommend to all. All it allowed me to erase those doubts were me revisionnant my videos when it was more or less well. It allows me to see my progress and find that at times when I thought it was an air movement of my hands, I have experienced things that I convinced that there is indeed something there happens from me.
Well I believe that it is quite long, so I hope to share with you, learn, help and share.

Je suis nouveau sur ce forum et je suis encore jeune dans le domaine de la télékinésie. Je pratique depuis le mois de février 2014 et ce tout les jours. J'ai et je parcoure toujours le web pour trouver un forum actif sur le sujet mais j'ignore pourquoi, on dirait qu'il y a eu un engouement il y a quelques années et que maintenant il y a beaucoup moins d'intérêt.
Je suis toujours au stade de la pyramide sur aiguille et quelques fois je fais bouger légèrement(sans tour complet) une pyramide d'aluminium renversé directement sur la table.
À mes début j'ai commencé par une petite pyramide de papier et avec le temps j'ai augmenté la grosseur, fabriqué d'autres pyramide en carton de différente grosseur et d'un poids plus élevé. Par la suite j'ai fabriqué d'autre pyramide avec des dessus de boîte de conserve de différente grosseur. Il y a des jours ou ça va mieux que d'autre, c'est à dire qu'il y a des journées ou l'énergie est moindre. Je me réchauffe toujours avec ma même pyramide en papier et je sais avec elle comme va se passer ma pratique et si je peux prendre plus gros et plus lourd.
J'ai commencé à lire des livres sur le sujet car je trouvais que sur les forums c'était un manque. Il y a malheureusement trop souvent d'ignorance dans ce domaine et chacun y va de sa propre théorie. Alors je trouve cela important de s'instruire et de lire plusieurs livres et d'expérimenter bien naturellement car de n'avoir que juste la théorie et pas la pratique, il y a quelque chose qui manque pour moi. Tous ça aide mieux à argumenter et à conseiller car à ce moment là on sais beaucoup plus de quoi on parle.
Dans mes début j'ai eu des doutes(et c'est sain d'en avoir) à savoir par moment si c'était bel et bien moi qui agissait sur ma pyramide. À un moment donnée j'ai décidé de me filmé et je le fais maintenant à chaque pratique ainsi que je tien un journal de toute mes pratique quotidienne, ce que je conseil à tous. Tous ça m'a permis d'effacer ces doutes qui étaient en moi en revisionnant mes vidéos lorsque ça allait plus ou moins bien. Ça me permet de voir ma progression et de constater que lorsque je croyais par moment que c'était un déplacement d'air de mes mains, j'ai pu expérimenter des choses qui mon bien convaincu qu'il y a bel et bien quelque chose là qui se passe venant de moi.
Bon je croie que c'est assez long, alors j'espère pouvoir échanger avec vous, apprendre, aider et partager.
