Chi is the vital life force that flows through all animate objects. It is a manifestation of your will and interal energies. Similar concepts can be found in almost all cultures of the world. In Japan it is called 'Ki', the Guru's of India call it 'Prana', the Hebrew word for it is 'Rauch' and the ancient Greeks knew it as 'Pneuma'. The ability to focus ones Chi, or Psi, is an important part of developing Psychic powers.

In Chinese culture the Dantian is considered to be the center of Chi energy and is an important point of reference in neidan, qigong, neigong, tao yin, meditation, as well as in martial arts and in traditional Chinese medicine.

Focus all of your energy in the lower Dantian. Draw Chi from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Build it all up in the lower Dantian and feel it swirling around inside your body. Its interesting that Indian system of 'Chakras' and the Chinese idea about dantians has such a large over lap. Note that all three dantians, have corresponding 'chakras'. The upper dantian is comparable to the Anja Chakra, which is found behind the psychic third eye, the middle dantian is like the Anahata Chakra, which is found near the Heart and the lower dantian which is the same at the Muladhara or the root chakra.




It can be helpful to visualize your chi as a ball of white energetic light. When you have manifested all of your energy in the lower dantian, or the the root chakra then you must allow your chi to flow from here to the middle dantian. When it reaches the middle dantian you must double the size of the ball. You see that multiplication is a subconscious act and if you imagine an increase in your chi then it will be so. Finally move the ball of energy into your minds eye, or the upper dantian. Again double the ball in size.

Now imagine that there is an invisible force connecting your psychic third eye with your lower dantian. Allow your ball of Chi energy to flow back down to the root chakra and form a psychic loop. Now no chi can escape, and you are able to repeat the process over and over. Swirling the chi through your body, multiplying its power time after time until you are ready to release it on an unsuspecting object.

after all my training im still not sure how to differentiate chi and psi energy. i heard about its differences and all but i never experience it.. (or may just not know how to feel the difference)

There is no difference. They're all the same whatever you call it: chi, prana, psi and everything...

yea its confusing theres a lot discussion about its differences and similarities. what im confuse is that furin training i usually feel the object on my hand chakra and nothing on my forehad but I also had few moment where i feel them through my forehead and a little on my hand chakra. but i notice that its easier to control an object when my forehead is pulsing and it moves aggressvely when i use only my hand chakra. is it a balance of power and control?

ok something weird happen today. All this time I know I have opened my hand chakra for my push TK for the first today, I can feel heavy pressure from my third eye towards my palm. and its pulsing everytime I focus on it.
Although I have not experienced anything weird other than my hand chakra not able to perform TK (maybe because of my flu..)

They are mostly energetic generators. Most physician knows this(even if their not spiritual). But they are from the soul. The one that I know that biologically exists is the pineal gland, or the third eye.

I was wondering maybe some of you have experienced this before, I sometimes randomly see sort of like organism flying around in the air, sort of like a translucent toadpoles and they fly around in groups. they usually appears in like 3-5 sec before they are gone.
The reason Im asking is Im just hoping its not somekind of a disease

yes each chakra point is connected to a different organ in your body aswel as a sense and emotion but they are clogged and damaged by you emotional and physical health. ill mention these along with some crystals and benefits of charging each of the chakra points. you must deal with the negative emotions and hygiene or your chi will waste like a battery in the cold.

now dont go running off to meditate just yet. there is something important i must share.
when i found this information it came with a warning at the time i was young and stupid and it made no sense to me. but i think i can better explain it to you all. it went something like "starting your spiritual journey will open you to negative entities." at first i was thinking "yea sure bring it on" but i failed to understand the parallel spirit world..

you have all started your journeys so you all have a well added advantage compared to me. but opening of your chakras will bring something totally different. like i said earlier, without this process of opening your chakras your energy fades over time. think about each chakra point as a piston to a car motor, if its dirty and clogged it wont run well and it will slow the rest of your pistons till it stops.
in the spirit world your aura is a lot more visible. so you glow for a short period but it wares off where as once you begin opening your chakras they will endlessly and freely spin generating an abundance of energy.

now everyone has a demon within them. you cannot get rid of it, its there to stay, its how you have your freedom of will. but those of us more spiritually awakened aren't so much worried about that little guy, we can see how we treat others and know whats right and wrong. for others they don't have as good control therefore the line between good and bad is a little more blurred depending on the individual.

as you open your chakras they will begin building positive energy endlessly i mean once you have completely opened all of them up to your crown chakra. you will be one with the cosmic energy. this is the process jesus follwed and what they still teach in the tibetan mountains today. but we arent isolated like they are. we have many people around us completely unaware of chi who think bad things and actions are normal part of life. your energy will grow and attract that demon within everyone. all those demon want is to manipulate you and bring you down to their level. offer them the energy they want (not literally) observe how they act and reply in kind, or offer them a crystal if you happen to have one on you. although sometimes the best option might be to just walk away.


also when i say charge and balance your chakras i dont mean to fully charge them positive then dial them down to a balanced level. i mentioned earlier we all have a positive and negative entity. they both must coexist in harmany. you must be understanding and accepting of both halves of the circle.

AND THEN continue to qigong masters and healers and they can project energy in all directions to copper walls and produce 20 - 250 Volts.
