I believe i have awakened my third eye this weekend and i haven't done any meditation or yoga.
I have not tried TK or anything related to using your third eye.
I'm not sure what's going on with me.

I'm 18 since June.
I weigh about 120.
I'm 5'4.

I feel normal pressure in my pineal gland that i don't mind and research says its normal.
But i am having pains in the back of my brain the sides basically all around.
It hurts for about 2-3 days now and i don't know what's wrong with me can someone please help me.
I want the pain to stop but i don't know what's going on with me.
I also woke up last night in the middle of the night and my heart was beating super fast and pounding really hard.

Ask me questions and i will answer them.

I would recommend you to meditate.
If this is a sign that your pineal gland is awakening, meditation would boost/promote this progress.
If it is just a headache or a cold or whatever, meditation would heal it.

I know there are so many interesting things to do in this dimension so that meditation seems quite boring first,
but take time for your higher self, get away from everything that keeps you third-dimensional, and meditate.

If you do that regularly, your 3rd eye will "open" for sure.

maybe your blood's stucking, you should go ask the doctor...

Yes, surely you should visit a doctor first.

If you feel it's serious always find a good doctor. Not some people on the internet.

The headaches will go away, nothing to worry about just part of the awakening process. In the night your heart may have felt like it was beating fast but in reality it was just your heart chakra, the only time I can think of when your heart chakra does this is when you Astral Project! So you could have been close to Astral Projecting!

You were attempting Astral Projection, wow that fits. Well even if you didn't do it you were very close with the fast beating heart chakra, just remember that it's not your physical heart that is beating.

Third eye awakening does that(the headaches). My advice would be to lay of anything that you're trying out. It is like going full speed with a car while the fuel is low. Though your fuel will not end in this case, it is not healthy. I think it's time you do try meditation(you don't usually do it right?). Start meditating daily at least 10 to 15 minutes a day and then slowly build up the meditation time limit after experience. It doesn't have to be third eye meditation cause in this case if you do so it'll just make the pain worse and even start with the damaging psychological parts. Practice meditations such as visualizations, stress relief, awareness(a very good and relaxing one. Especially in nature) and mindful meditation. When feeling back on fuel go full speed ahead with your spiritual abilities and practices. Wish you luck

I see there are a variety of different ones but i don't know which one to use.

Any good guides you may direct me to?

I feel like different meditations all do the same thing, however some meditations are more effective than others. I quite like the classic meditation. You sit in a lotus position, clear your mind, breathe with your diaphragm, and then you can chant the "Ohm" mantra if you want. It works extremely well in places of great beauty and nature. That's the classic meditation, after you practice it a bit you can create your own meditation. I created one where I just lay out at night and look at the stars and stargaze and take in the smell of the night, it sets me to an extremely peaceful and relaxed mood. Relaxation and awareness of nature and your surroundings is really what meditation is all about.
